Week 1  See it Clearly

You learn how to catch the exact point where you would normally reach for a drink, while it’s happening.
 

What you do:
• Pause and ask: “What am I asking this drink to do right now?”
• Notice the pattern in real situations

 

What I do:
• Show you exactly what to look for
• Help you see it clearly so you’re not guessing

Week 2 - 4:  Take the Jobs Back

This is where things actually change.

When the moment shows up, you interrupt it.

You do the thing alcohol was doing for you.
 

What you do:
• Give yourself a short window before deciding
• Shut the day down, take a break, or handle what’s there
• Change what you do in that moment

 

What I do:
• Help you apply this in your real life
• Adjust what’s not working
• Keep the pattern from slipping back in

Week 5-6  Change the Pattern

Now you stop getting caught off guard.

You learn how to recognize these situations before you’re in them.

What you do:
• Spot situations hours or days ahead
• Decide what you want to do before the moment happens
• Walk in with a plan

• Help you see patterns you might miss
• Make sure your plan actually holds up in real life
