THE BREAKTHROUGH - A 100-DAY EXPERIENCE

You've been trying to change your drinking. What if this time something actually shifted?

A 100-day guided experience for people who want more than "just stop drinking."

No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.

Most people arrive because of alcohol. Something keeps happening they don't love. They feel stuck, tired of starting over, or disconnected from themselves.

What they often discover is that changing drinking was the door. On the other side: more energy, more joy, more self-trust, and a life that starts feeling lighter again.

Why Change Feels So Hard

A short guide to understanding why drinking keeps showing up — and why willpower usually isn't the answer. A good place to begin before anything else.

People arrive here for different reasons.

Whatever brought you here, you don't need to fit a category to begin.

The curious one.

You're wondering what life might feel like without alcohol. Nothing dramatic has happened. You're just…curious.

The disconnected one.

Things are fine on the outside. But somewhere along the way, parts of you went quiet. You want them back.

The tired one.

You've started over more times than you'd like to count. You're not looking for more motivation. You're looking for something that actually makes sense.

The one after a moment.

Something happened that you don't want to repeat. You're not in crisis. You just know it's time for something different.

Wherever you're starting from - there's a place for you here.

Why change feels so hard.

Changing drinking usually isn't about willpower. Alcohol often ends up doing real jobs - stress relief, confidence, a way to slow down or escape or connect. These aren't character flaws. They're patterns that made sense at some point.

Then stress, emotions, habits, and familiar circumstances all converge at once. I call this The Confluence. It's why some days feel easy and others feel impossible - and why it has nothing to do with how much you want to change.

The Breakthrough helps people understand what's actually happening - so they can create change without relying on white-knuckling or shame.

I STARTED WITH 100 DAYS TOO.

Not forever. Not because I knew I wanted sobriety.

I didn't know what I wanted on the other side. I just knew that drinking had become more important than I wanted it to be, and that committing to forever felt impossible.

Something shifted. Parts of me I didn't even realize I missed started coming back. That was 11 years ago.

Since then I've spent my career understanding why changing drinking feels hard — behavior change, addiction science, happiness, self-trust — and sitting beside people while they figure out their own version of it.

Here're what I watch happen over 100 days.

People start sleeping better. Mornings feel lighter. That low-level heaviness — the one they'd gotten so used to they stopped noticing it — starts to lift.

They laugh more. This one surprises people every time. It sounds small. It's one of the most consistent things I hear at the end of 100 days.

They start trusting themselves again. They say they'll do something and they do it. The gap between who they want to be and how they're actually living — it closes.

They enjoy life more. Not in a dramatic way. In a quiet, ordinary, this-is-what-I-forgot-it-could-feel-like kind of way.

None of this is guaranteed. But it happens more often than people expect — and almost always more than they came in hoping for.

The best first step
is a conversation.

Free. 30 minutes. We'll talk about where you are, what's been showing up, and whether The Breakthrough makes sense for you right now. No commitment either way.

No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.
