Redefine Your Relationship with Alcohol
Think of this as a performance review — but for alcohol.
You’re the boss.
Alcohol is the employee.
And it’s time to ask: Is this relationship still working for me?

Each week, we’ll explore a different aspect of alcohol’s “performance” — from understanding what needs it’s trying to meet to evaluating whether it’s helping or holding you back.
Week 1: Define the Job
You’ll start by looking at alcohol’s role in your life, what jobs it’s performing (comfort, connection, reward, relaxation) and how it’s been showing up. We’ll explore patterns, motivations, and triggers, laying the foundation for awareness without judgment.
Week 2: Review the Performance
In any job review, performance matters. This week, we take a clear-eyed look at how alcohol’s doing, where it delivers and where it’s falling short.
We’ll examine the costs, benefits, and hidden tradeoffs that shape your relationship with drinking.
Week 3: Explore the Alternatives
When one employee isn’t meeting expectations, good leaders explore other options.
We’ll identify new ways to meet the needs alcohol has been filling - whether that’s stress relief, celebration, or connection - and begin “hiring” better replacements.
Week 4: Make the Decision
It’s time for the review summary.
Together, we’ll reflect on what you’ve learned and decide how you want to move forward - keep, retrain, or let alcohol go. You’ll leave with a personalized plan that supports your decision and keeps you aligned with your goals and values.
Where Transformation Begins
The Alcohol Performance Review is built on two key pillars — Awareness and Confidence.
Awareness
You’ll take an honest look at alcohol’s role in your life - the jobs it’s doing, the emotions behind your choices, and what it’s costing you.
Confidence
It takes courage to act on what you learn. As you gain insight, you’ll start to rebuild trust in yourself - realizing you can face the truth and make choices that align with who you want to be.
