Embrace Your Today is a community for people who want to build happier, more intentional lives while exploring their relationship with alcohol.

We believe recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all. People change in different ways and at different paces, and there are many paths forward. Some members are just beginning to question their drinking. Some are cutting back or taking a break. Some have chosen sobriety.

Through open conversations, shared experiences, and multiple weekly Zoom gatherings, members support one another as they grow. Together we build confidence, self-trust, and meaningful connection.
We know navigating change is easier when you don’t have to do it alone.

Most meaningful change doesn’t begin with a declaration.
It begins with curiosity.
Recovery Is More Than One Path
Many recovery spaces center abstinence as the primary goal.
While sobriety can be a powerful and life-saving choice for many people, it isn’t the only place change begins.

Recovery is really about building a life that feels more stable, meaningful, and fulfilling.
For some people that includes long-term sobriety. For others it begins with curiosity — noticing patterns, experimenting with change, or paying closer attention to their relationship with alcohol.

At Embrace Your Today, we don’t define recovery by a single outcome.
Instead, we focus on helping people:
-
understand their patterns and triggers
-
develop emotional awareness and resilience
-
build self-trust and confidence
-
explore what a happier, more aligned life looks like

As those foundations grow, decisions about alcohol, other substances and behaviors often become clearer.

Some members choose sobriety. Others take breaks or continue exploring what works best for them.

What matters most is supporting people as they build lives that feel healthier, more intentional, and more fully their own.
See how Embrace Your Today supports curiosity, growth, and connection.

Weekly Themes and Exploration
Inside Embrace Your Today, much of our work happens through weekly themes.

Each week we explore a topic connected to personal growth and our relationship with alcohol. Themes may include emotional awareness, resilience, happiness, relationships, stress signals, mindfulness, or rebuilding self-trust.

Throughout the week we share resources connected to the theme, including:
-
short recorded reflections or teachings
-
thoughtful articles
-
prompts for personal reflection

All of our meetings connect back to the weekly theme in different ways. Some focus on discussion, others on reflection or sharing personal experiences.

We know not everyone can attend every meeting, so recordings and written reflections help members stay connected whenever it fits their lives.

The goal isn’t to complete a lesson or master a topic. It’s simply to explore meaningful ideas together and notice how they show up in everyday life.
A Place to Explore Change
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin exploring your relationship with alcohol.

Some people arrive ready to make big changes. Others are simply curious about what life might look like if things were a little different.

Wherever you are starting, you are welcome here.

Group Meetings
Connection is an important part of the Embrace Your Today community.

Each week we host multiple weekly and monthly Zoom gatherings where members can reflect on the weekly theme, share experiences, and learn from one another. Some meetings focus on discussion, others on mindfulness or quiet reflection.

There is no pressure to speak. Some people share openly, while others prefer to listen and take in the conversation. All ways of participating are welcome.

Over time, these conversations help members build something that can be hard to find when navigating change alone: genuine understanding and support from others who are exploring many of the same questions.
Momentum Meetings
