Hey, I’m Austin Karr—coach, mentor, and the creator of Spring Break.
I know firsthand how hard it can be to imagine life without alcohol. It’s not just about drinking—it’s about identity, habits, stress, and, let’s be real, having fun. But when I stepped away from drinking, I didn’t just quit—I found something better.
When I started, I didn’t commit to quitting forever. I just told myself I’d try 100 days. That was over 10 years ago—and in that time, I’ve discovered that happiness, not alcohol, is the real key to living fully.
I believe that happiness is the opposite of addiction—not willpower, not discipline, not just "staying strong." When you focus on building happiness instead of avoiding alcohol, everything changes.
