Hey, I’m Austin Karr—coach, mentor, and the creator of Sober and Social.

When I first got sober, I took a big step back from social life.
Not because I didn’t care—but because I didn’t know how to be me in those spaces without alcohol. I wasn’t sure how I’d show up, or if I’d even enjoy it.
