I spent years thinking happiness was something I had to earn—by achieving more, doing more, or being “better.” But no matter how many goals I hit, it always felt just out of reach.It wasn’t until I stopped chasing happiness and started building it—through small, intentional choices every day—that everything changed.
That’s why I created Happy AF. This program is built on what I’ve learned (and what I practice every day): happiness isn’t a destination. It’s how we live. And when you know how to create it for yourself, life feels lighter, fuller, and a whole lot more fun.I can’t wait to share this work with you.
