The Breakthrough
A 100-DAY CHALLENGE
Some people arrive curious.
Some arrive exhausted.
Some arrive after a moment they never want to repeat.
Whatever brought you here — 100 days could change far more than your drinking.
Sometimes what feels like a drinking problem is actually a job that needs attention.
No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.
People arrive here for different reasons.
Whatever brought you here, you don't need to fit a category to begin.
The curious one.
You're wondering what life might feel like without alcohol. Nothing dramatic has happened. You're just…curious.
The disconnected one.
Things are fine on the outside. But somewhere along the way, parts of you went quiet. You want them back.
The tired one.
You've started over more times than you'd like to count. You're not looking for more motivation. You're looking for something that actually makes sense.
The one after a moment.
Something happened that you don't want to repeat. You're not in crisis. You just know it's time for something different.
Wherever you're starting from - there's a place for you here.
I STARTED WITH 100 DAYS TOO.
Not forever. Not because I knew I wanted sobriety.
Just 100 days - to see what would happen.
Somewhere in those days, something shifted. Parts of me I didn't even realize I missed started coming back.
That was 11 years ago.
Since then I've devoted my work to understanding why change feels hard — the behavior science, the patterns, the jobs alcohol gets assigned, the self-trust that gets built and lost and rebuilt.

What Makes Become You Different

Built Around Real Life
This work isn’t about perfect plans or ideal conditions. It’s designed to fit into your actual daily life - your routines, your responsibilities, and the moments where change really happens.
Happiness as the Foundation
This isn’t about restriction or deprivation. As the work unfolds, many clients find their lives begin to feel clearer, steadier, and more genuinely enjoyable. Feeling better becomes part of what makes change sustainable.
Focused on Self-Trust
Lasting change doesn’t come from white-knuckling your way forward. Together we build the insight and small wins that help you trust yourself again - in decisions, in emotions, and in daily life.
Harm Reduction Informed
You won’t be pushed into labels or one rigid path. Whether you are cutting back, taking a break, or already alcohol-free, we focus on what genuinely supports your goals and well-being.
Choose Your Level of Support
You don’t have to have this perfectly figured out. Many clients begin with Growth and adjust as we go.

Not sure which level is right for you?
That’s completely normal. Many clients start with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Session so we can talk through what’s going on and what level of support would be most helpful.
What Coaching Is Like
Sessions are conversational, practical, and tailored to your real life.
We’ll look honestly at what’s happening right now - your patterns, your stress signals, and the places where things may be starting to feel out of alignment.
From there, we focus on small, meaningful shifts that build real momentum over time.
Some sessions are more reflective. Others are more action-focused. Often, they’re a blend of both. You won’t be pushed into labels or pressured into one specific path.
Instead, we work collaboratively to find what genuinely fits you, your goals, and your life.
Between sessions, many clients choose small experiments or practices that help bring the work into daily life, where lasting change actually happens.

Who is This For?

You’re exploring a new relationship with alcohol and wondering what life might feel like without it.

Happiness First
In many change spaces, the focus is on effort, restriction, or constant self-improvement.
This work takes a different approach.

We pay close attention to what actually helps your life feel better, more steady, more connected, more enjoyable in ordinary moments.

Because sustainable change rarely comes from working harder.

It grows when your life begins to feel supportive enough that old patterns naturally loosen their grip.

Over time, many clients find they are not just managing their habits differently they are experiencing more moments of genuine ease and enjoyment in daily life.

What Clients Notice
PAUL
This is exactly what I needed after I became sober. I needed a positive direction for my life and a way to break down and reconcile the things that have prevented me from attaining a happier life. This is a blueprint for that. Not only has it given me the tools to be in control of my own happiness but it has had a huge impact on my family. I can’t thank Austin enough for his leadership and vision.
NINA
One of the most impactful practices I found helpful was the idea of intention versus achieving goals. Just helps me to go in the direction I want. This way I can achieve consistent growth in the right direction.
This program has helped me to be more grateful for where I am at and encouraged me to keep moving forward in a positive direction. Life is a journey with many ups and downs, but take one step at a time and try to persevere.
AMANDA
This program allowed me to combine setting intention alongside emotional bodily awareness to truly cultivate a strong and deep happiness. I feel like I have gained more resilience, allowing myself to embrace a growing band of contentment. This program was THE perfect way to round off my almost 1 year of sobriety. Thank you, Austin, for this space and program.
A Thoughtful Pace
Become You is designed for steady, sustainable change. This is not a quick-fix program or a high-pressure experience.
The work tends to unfold gradually as insight builds, new patterns are practiced, and self-trust strengthens over time.
Many clients appreciate that we move at a pace that respects real life — your responsibilities, your energy, and the fact that meaningful change rarely happens all at once.
Happiness First
You don’t have to have everything figured out.

If something in you recognizes that it might be time for support, or simply time for things to feel different, the next step is a Discovery Session. A no obligation, 30 minute consultation.

We’ll talk about what’s been feeling off, what you’re hoping for, and whether Become You feels like the right level of support for where you are right now.

There’s no pressure to commit to anything beyond that conversation.

Just a place to start.
